Jake Paul arrived at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, ahead of his fight with Mike Tyson with a special companion on his arm — his 25-year-old girlfriend Jutta Leerdam, a Dutch Olympic speed skater.

Paul and Leerdam went Instagram official in April 2023, with Paul revealing their relationship by captioning several photos of the couple holding hands, ‘Im Dutch now.’ Paul and Leerdam celebrated their one-year anniversary on April 12.

‘I adore you, I’m so grateful for you, you make me the happiest girl in the world,’ Leerdam wrote. ‘The man with the best heart. Let’s never stop dancing baby.’

In his own anniversary post, Paul, 27, said he’s ‘been in love since day one.’ Here’s everything you need to know about Leerdam:

Who is Jake Paul’s girlfriend?

Leerdam, a native of s-Gravenzande, Netherlands, started competing in speed skating early in her life and was named the 2017 World Junior Speed Skating Champion at age 18. Leerdam competed at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China and won an Olympic silver medal in the 1000 meters.

‘Wow… What a rollercoaster,’ Leerdam wrote at the time. ‘Really happy with a silver medal on the Olympic games!!!’

Leerdam, a six-time World champion, most recently won gold at the 2023 World Single Distances Speed Skating Championships in Heerenveen, Netherlands in March 2023.

How did Jake Paul and Jutta Leerdam meet?

During an episode of Netflix’s ‘Countdown: Paul vs. Tyson,’ Leerdam revealed that she met Paul through social media. (Leerdam has a large social media following herself with 4.6 million Instagram followers.)

“Jake sent me a DM on Instagram and asked if I wanted to be on his podcast,” she said. “When he hit me up me online, I thought, ‘What an arrogant (expletive). He thinks he can do anything, but he won’t get me.’ I never expected to date him.”

Leerdam continued: ‘We really connected in these two crazy worlds on a super personal, deep level. Since then we have been inseparable.”
